#christchurch in memories

Bismillahirahmanirahim

the fern with 50 shaheeds praying figure

Innalillahi wa inna lillahi rojiun. Today marks a week since the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. It's a black day for New Zealand and Muslim around the world. The civilian who visits the mosque for Friday prayers was attacked by a white supremacist terrorist by guns mercilessly. On the day of blessing while waiting for the prayers in wudhu' subhanaAllah they were called back to meet Allah although the way they died was sad. I am indeed was saddened with the attack as they were massacred inhumanly. Among the shaheeds is a Malaysian teenager by the name of Muhammad Haziq bin Mohd Tarmizie. His father was treated at the hospital for injuries with bullets and his brother was still under trauma treatment at a children hospital.

Jacinda Arden, a leader of good value

The event took place only for 10 minutes with two mosques was attacked by the terrorist. The mosque is An Noor Mosque and Linwood mosque. Allahuakbar I've been following the news since day 1 and I myself is speechless and devasted for the event. At the same time, I have full respect to the Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Arden for her great leadership on catering the issues. We have always labeled women to be emotional at all time but she handles the issue with strong emotional and powerful will power. She is strict with her decision and makes the wisest decision ever. To tolerate Islam while the west was still Islamophobic with Islam. Respecting other religion and honoring the families of the fall is another value she showed. Leaders by example are something can be implied to her.

With these issues raise will there be an end to xenophobic, white supremacies and Islamophobia? Or will this be the start to a worst-case scenario and double standards for Muslims? Wallahualam. Let us pray for such an event to never exist again and we can work out to make the world a safer and better place. Toleration and respect are vital for all mankind. For we live in this world as the citizen of the world, not a soul citizen or ethnic but multi-ethnic and religions.

p/s: let us all read Al fatihah for the fallen Muslim in New Zealand
